Confidentiality Statement 

RAFCS Ltd offers confidential counselling to all our clients. Details of discussions and personal details of your counselling session will be held in confidence. We will not share information about you with anyone outside of RAFCS Ltd. There are occasions when confidentiality may need to breached such as instances where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others or when information is requested by a legal body. We will discuss any proposed disclosure with you unless we believe that to do so could increase the level of risk to you or someone else.

Data Protection Statement

All information collected as part of the relationship will be held securely by RAFCS Ltd. Basic factual notes about the counselling relationship and therapeutic work will be destroyed after seven years of the end of the counselling relationship. If you require access to your notes, please ask in the session or via email and these will be made available directly to you within 14 days of the request. Online sessions are facilitated via Zoom and no recordings are made.
